How I came up with THIS GAme:
Given that our theme was Saccharine, I concluded that I would make something as sweet and cute as possible. I eventually brainstormed the idea of smashing and stacking cute animals together with different facial expressions would be pretty cute.
As the player, using the arrow keys you can control the movement of your current animal. With space you can jump, and with enter you can spawn and take control of a new animal. The goal of the game is to stack the animals as high as you can using the 3d movement of the animals. If you stack them high enough you win.
The idea was to make this really difficult, and have the animals tumble down on top of each other in an explosion of cuteness.
What went right:
I feel happy when I watch them fall on top of each other. It made my sad day better.
